In wintertime: closed

Bungalow park 'De Spar' is closed in wintertime (between 1 November and 1 April). During this period it is not possible to stay in one of our bungalows. Of course you can already make a reservation for the new season.

Prices season 2025

Note: The above rates include the use of gas, electricity and water and a 200 Mbit / s WiFi connection. We do not charge reservation costs.

Payment conditions

After your reservation you will receive a reservation confirmation from us. Here you are asked to pay the half rent, including the half costs for final cleaning, within 7 days. By transferring this deposit you confirm the reservation definitively and you also agree with the conditions. The remaining amount must be credited to our account no later than six weeks before the start of your stay. The tourist tax will be charged on departure.

Cancelation

When canceling a reservation, we use the RECRON voorwaarden Vakantieverblijven 2016 (PDF 1,39 Mb). We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure

On the first day of the rented period you can report at the reception. After registration in the overnight register you will be handed the key to your bungalow. The arrival time is Friday between 3 and 8 pm. The departure is Friday before 10 am. If you wish to arrive later than the usual arrival day / time, please inform us.

Visitors / guests

Your visitors are of course also welcome. If they stay overnight, they must report and register in the overnight register. Visitors' cars are not allowed on the bungalow park, they can be parked on the Koudelaan.

Pets

Pets such as dogs and cats are not allowed on the park.
